FREEDOM >:3

So it's FINALLY the long awaited winter break. Phew, I almost thought I wouldn't survive all that studying...
But yea, so my plans for the holidays: EGYPT!

Tomorrow we'll head for Turku and then on monday we hav a flight to Hurghada, Egypt. It's not the place with those crazy sharks, but the one with crazy bus-drivers. Air should be about 20 degrees Celsius and sea about 24 deg.  but we'll see.
It's a family vacation, so I'll try having fun with mom and stepdad but.. ugh.. all of us in a small crowded hotel room? for two weeks? looking forward to it :DD
I'm gonna shop, swim, dive, ride a chamel, taste foods and meet new people. I'm not gonna get sold to slavery or to be someone's wife (hopefully).
Eveything should be pretty much ready and I've packed evrthing (which is not much since I don't know what I'll need :P) so what's left is sheer waiting. .. ... ...
.. ..
 ...
 ..
 ...
 ... oh right, I need to start getting ready for a x-mas party with friends although I hav absolutely nothing left to wear! :D

Why does it have to be so friggin cold??

Sometimes I curse living in Finland. Okay snow, that's fun. Yea and fresh air and forests and everything like that. But it stops being fun when you need to walk around the town at -26 celsius. That's right; good day, I'm Anni n I live in Finland, right now it's november and -25.7 celsius. Haha.

I can't wait for summer. And for winter holidays -> Egypt :) I'm gonna post about that too, even more if I find a computer in Egypt (highly unlikely) but I heard it's only about 20C which is a bit disappointing :/ I might need to take my wollen socks and gloves..

Today was history test. It went all right (?), but I'm not sure if my essays about WWI and the Cuban Crisis at the Cold War were long enough.. It's then Swedish tomorrow, but it shouldn't be too hard, eftersom jag borde vara bra med svenska efter allt det här läsningen. Kanske :D

The Ultimate Girls Night In

This is about my weekend, which was just absolutely awesome; thanks you guys for being part of it ;)

We had a slumber party/ x-mas theme night and lemme tell ya the recipe for the best 24h you can spend with your friends:

- REAL GOOD music
- lots of stuff to eat (for example cookies and potato chips)
- word games
- twister
- singstar
- gossip
- a movie (anything is fine, as long as it's not boring)
- mattresses
- again, the music (dancable)
- good company :3

At 3am I remember being so tired and feeling so bad (the eating :D) that I was trying my hardest just to stay on the map. Even on saturday morning I still felt full and naucious but the feeling disappeared gradually..

The rest of the weekend I spent with school stuff and exercising, and I actually lost a pound! I'm really starting to suspect I might have worms or something because this is starting to seem odd.

It's now the beginning of the exam week. YAY. Bleh. I don't really have the spirit for this again, it's such a headache!! The first one is maths, which appears to be quite hard, don't get it. Feel like giving up :D
Damn it, I still want to get good grades.. Hey I remember that one tv-program where students were "scamming" by having 'brain-activity-increasing' drugs or some other mumbo jambo... hmm... 

That's fun!

Woa. I just happened to check my blog and -surprise!- there was only 1 text. Wuttaaa.
I do remember having made about 7 postings so having but one text is ridiculous - but real. Thanks, me, for DELETING ALL MY POSTINGS. I promise not to do anything that outrageous to my blog ever again. I'm such a  stupido :(

But, on the bright side, this is an excellent chance to turn my blog into English! To all you, who see spelling errors and lousy structures in my text: Puh-lease, at least i'm trying :D

There's one thing I've been wondering about for a while now. That's BALDness.
We all know people who are bald. Trust me, you know too, that amazingly pretty and flowy hair on your neighbour's head is most likely a wig. sad but true..

                                 

Some people don't look bad at all with a bald head. It really depends on the shape of your head; some have round, egg-shaped, box-shaped, long, pear.. well anygays, if you don't have a disshaped or too bony head it might look good on you!


You know that type of baldness, where only the top of the head is bald (mainly on men, but sometimes this happens to women too! :< ) ? I think it's TERRIBLE. Don't try to use your remaining hair on the sides to cover the empty spots cuz it won't work! Just cut it all off. Or wear a wig. You'll look better. Plus some wigs really do look good and real!

I myself have a big chin so I wouldn't be a pretty baldy. I like my hair too, so it's a no-no to me :) Some women look nice as baldies and whether to cut or not is everyone's own decision but it only works for some.

Elämä ja kuolema

Elämä on ohimenevä asia. Ihmisen voi elää n.120 vuotta, mutta monen muun olennon elämä on paljon lyhyempi. Kun keho ei enää jaksa toimia, sielu jättää ruumiin ja ruumis jää maatumaan/mätänemään. Hyvissä olosuhteissa (kostea + lämmin) ei kestä kuin muutama päivä, kun ruumis aloittaa mätänemisprosessin.

Se oli aasinsilta :) Huoneeni ja eteisen erottavan väliseinän sisässä havaittiin liikettä viime viikonloppuna. Kuului rapinaa, juoksemista ja pomppimista. Jotain oli pudonnut sinne. Veikkaan oravaa, äiti veikkaa rottaa. Tästä on siis viikko.
Tänään huoneeni haisee pahalta. Mädäntyneeltä. Kuolemalta. Pyyntöni korkeammille voimille eivät näemmä tehonneet ja rapina loppui, mutta eläin ei päässyt pois. Aika ällöttävää, että pari metriä omasta sängystä on joku raato mätänemässä.

Nyt vanhempani aukaisevat seinän. En tahdo nähdä. Tai tahdon. Ehkä. Tapetti menee pilalle. Huoneeseeni tulee suora yhteys kattovilloihin. Väliseinästä varmaan kurkkaa kohta joku monsteri. tai puolimädäntynyt hiiri. Ällöllöllöttää. DDDD:
